Fees & Engagement Process
My services are provided on a fee basis that reflects the nature and complexity of each matter. Work is performed based on financial documentation and specific questions to be addressed.
Preliminary Review
All matters begin with a Preliminary Review to determine whether I can assist and to outline scope, timeline, and next steps.
Preliminary Review Fee: $300
(This fee is applied toward the engagement if retained.)
Engagement & Retainer
If retained, work is performed under an engagement agreement and funded through an initial retainer deposit. The amount of the retainer depends on the scope and complexity of the matter.
Time is billed at hourly rates and applied against the retainer. Additional retainer funds may be requested as work progresses.
Billing
- Time is billed based on work performed
- Invoices are issued periodically
- Retainer funds are applied to outstanding invoices

- Work is typically performed remotely using financial documentation provided. In certain matters, additional procedures or appearances may be required.
- All work is performed with appropriate attention to confidentiality.
