Facts & Figures Forensics does not charge for an initial 15-minute Discovery Call to discuss a brief overview of your case and answer any questions you may have about me. However, I charge a consultation fee of $150 to meet with you, the client involved in the litigation or fraud matter, and your attorney for one hour, before being engaged. Accordingly, you will need to retain an attorney before engaging my services. In this meeting, I want to understand the case, the specific services that are needed, and how my financial analysis and expertise can help your case.
Once engaged, I charge a minimum retainer deposit based on the size and complexity of the case. Time is incurred and billed semi-monthly at my normal hourly rates.
